Find signatures with pharmacological actions

1. One may also search for pre-computed signatures with pharmacological actions. To do this, let's click "Find Signatures with Pharmacological Actions" button on the bottom of Signatures pipeline landing page as shown below.

Clicking "Find Signatures with Pharmacological Actions" button will open a search field to input desired pharmacological actions as seen in the figure below. iLINCS will produce a list of matching pharmacological actions on the right as soon as the search term is being typed. For example, typing "kinase" in the search field will provide a matching pharmacological action "Protein Kinase Inhibitors" (some of the search terms may return more than one pharmacological action). Selecting "Protein Kinase Inhibitors" will perform a signature search matching this pharmacological action. One is able to select any of the found signatures from the list to view them ("Navigating signature landing page") and/or select few or many of the signatures to perform signature group analysis as it was described in the previous section "Search for signature".
